Allegheny RiverTowns Enterprise Zone Created a new state enterprise/technology zone which include the following municipalities: Millvale, Etna, Sharpsburg, O’Hara, Blawnox, Shaler and Aspinwall. Obtained a $800,000 Brownfield assessment grant from the U.S. EPA; Assisting two businesses for state financing for business expansion.

Community Services Annual North Side Charity Golf Outing in conjunction with the North Side Chamber of Commerce donated $14,000 to various North Side charitable organizations

Annual North Side Celebration in the Park in conjunction with the North Side Chamber of Commerce organized the first at-large community celebration for North Side residents. Attracted over 11,000 local residents to attend in its first two years.

Free Computer Give Away - 100 low-income North Side residents received refurbished computers distributed in California Kirkbride, Central Northside and Charles Street area neighborhoods

Toys-for-Tots - over the past 7 years RCI tenants donated over $4,000 in new toys to the local U.S. Marine Reservists
